Gina St George has a Chemical Engineering degree and an MBA. She had a successful Fortune 100 career designing manufacturing plants, then used her skills to design business processes as an operations manager, and was responsible for over 30 facilities and thousands of employees. Later on, she did business acquisitions and evaluated business operations for private equity firms.

When she left the corporate world and became a small business owner, she was struck by how many small businesses didn’t have effective systems, and how many business owners were overworked, risking burnout, and unable to grow their business. She knew that by using her process and systems knowledge, she could help entrepreneurs avoid going down the road of overwhelm, and instead go down the road of growth and increased profitability with balance, time freedom, and a great lifestyle.
